Description

  • Own the Americas field marketing strategy aligned to regional revenue goals, sales priorities, and vertical market focus.
  • Translate corporate GTM strategy into regional field plans across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America.
  • Partner with Sales and Channel leadership to determine where, when, and how to invest for the highest return.
  • Lead AI-enabled planning, execution, optimization, personalization, and post-event follow-up for field programs.
  • Plan and execute field programs such as industry and partner MDF events, executive dinners, roadshows, regional activations, customer forums, and ABM-targeted demand programs.
  • Integrate field marketing programs with digital demand, ABM, BDR, corporate campaigns, and partner marketing.
  • Collaborate with Channel and Partner Marketing on joint field and MDF programs that drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
  • Work with Product Marketing to ensure consistent messaging, positioning, and value articulation.
  • Own Americas field marketing reporting, including pipeline influence, revenue impact, deal acceleration, and program-level ROI.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a team of regional field marketing leaders and managers while building a high-performance, teamwork-first culture.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B field, regional, or integrated marketing experience in a SaaS or enterprise technology environment.
  • Proven success driving more than $1B in pipeline and revenue impact in a B2B SaaS technology company.
  • Experience supporting direct sales and channel-led go-to-market motions.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles, multi-stakeholder deals, and executive audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience applying AI in marketing to improve targeting, execution efficiency, personalization, and ROI.
  • Strong analytical orientation with the ability to connect marketing activity to pipeline, revenue, and lifetime value.
  • Fluency with CRM, marketing automation, ABM platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Experience partnering closely with Marketing Operations and RevOps teams.
  • Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed, global organization.
  • Hands-on leadership style with a bias toward action, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
