Description

  • Lead the marketing function across brand, product marketing, communications, content, social, partnerships, campaigns, and creative.
  • Establish priorities, roles, OKRs, launch calendars, review processes, and feedback loops to support fast execution.
  • Build and mentor a marketing team while maintaining close involvement in day-to-day work and quality.
  • Develop the company’s core narratives and editorial standards across Offchain, Arbitrum, and related product lines.
  • Translate technical capabilities into business outcomes for institutions, developers, partners, media, and ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Partner with founders, executives, PR, product, business development, and ecosystem teams on communications and storytelling.
  • Guide executive thought leadership across op-eds, interviews, panels, social content, and strategic announcements.
  • Develop and run campaigns across owned, earned, paid, partner, and executive channels.
  • Monitor market, competitor, policy, adoption, and media trends and turn insights into messaging and campaign actions.
  • Define marketing success metrics and manage reporting, budget, and agency relationships.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, ideally in high-growth technology, fintech, infrastructure, developer platforms, crypto, or enterprise software.
  • 5+ years leading marketing teams across brand, product marketing, communications, content, campaigns, social, or go-to-market functions.
  • Experience building marketing functions that are structured, fast, and accountable.
  • Strong editorial background with the ability to write, edit, and sharpen external communications.
  • Experience shaping executive and founder storytelling in public-facing channels.
  • Deep familiarity with crypto or strong motivation to learn the space quickly.
  • Experience leading marketing in a high-growth technology environment (preferred).
