Description

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of letting agents, developers, and landlords.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to retain the company’s position as a preferred service provider.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell additional services within existing accounts.
  • Conduct regular client check-ins and account reviews to support satisfaction and uncover upcoming work.
  • Manage incoming enquiries through shared inboxes and booking platforms with prompt, professional responses.
  • Prepare tailored quotations and follow up on them using a consultative approach to improve conversion rates.
  • Manage scheduling and job details in the ServiceM8 job management system and ensure booking information is accurate.
  • Coordinate with operational teams and team leaders to ensure crews have the correct job information and resources.
  • Generate invoices for completed projects and assist with tracking department performance and project profitability.
  • Build professional visibility through LinkedIn engagement and targeted outreach to property agents and developers.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, account management, bookings coordination, or client services.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to identify upselling opportunities and handle consultative sales conversations.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings and client requests simultaneously.
  • Experience using CRM systems or job management platforms; ServiceM8 experience is advantageous.
  • Professional confidence when communicating with property professionals and business clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage scheduling changes calmly.
  • Reliable laptop/computer and stable high-speed internet connection.
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn for professional networking and client engagement.
