Description

  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, professional networking, referrals, and social media.
  • Conduct candidate screening calls and detailed qualification interviews.
  • Assess candidate suitability based on experience, certifications, availability, salary expectations, right-to-work status, and relocation willingness.
  • Maintain regular professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate interviews and recruitment stages with the internal team.
  • Prepare, format, and organize candidate profiles and supporting documentation.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the CRM and applicant tracking system.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines and talent communities across technical disciplines.
  • Carry out market mapping, re-engage inactive candidates, and generate candidate referrals.
  • Track recruitment activity and support ongoing recruitment projects.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, candidate resourcing, or a target-driven sales environment.
  • Strong telephone communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence conducting candidate screening and qualification calls.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational, administrative, and time-management skills.
  • Comfortable working toward recruitment KPIs and performance targets.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other online sourcing tools.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience in aviation, aerospace, automotive, engineering, or another technical industry (desirable).
  • Knowledge of aviation terminology and EASA Part-66 licences (desirable).
  • Experience recruiting for both permanent and contract positions (desirable).
  • Multilingual communication skills would be advantageous.
