Description

  • Support Level 1 IT and HR helpdesk inquiries and troubleshoot basic issues as the subject matter expert for day-to-day operations.
  • Handle customer and professional queries across HR, IT, finance, and benefits verticals with timely resolution.
  • Organize, maintain, and regularly audit employee records and electronic personnel files in the company platform.
  • Process employee lifecycle updates such as new hires, status changes, transfers, benefits updates, and terminations.
  • Administer benefits on behalf of customers and professionals.
  • Communicate with customers, professionals, and internal stakeholders by email, phone, and other channels to resolve concerns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including IT, Finance, Payroll, Billing, Customer Success, and Sales Support.
  • Coordinate with external partners such as insurance vendors, local service providers, pension providers, local service providers, and local payroll providers.
  • Assist with payroll preparation by supplying relevant data such as absences, bonuses, and leave information, and perform checks to support accurate payment.
  • Support HR process improvement, standard operating procedures, policy reviews, compliance work, company initiatives, and complaint investigations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience, including 4-6 years in global shared services across APAC, EMEA, and the US.
  • At least 2 years of global HR shared services experience preferred, with a key focus on IT helpdesk support.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Additional language skills are advantageous.
  • IT helpdesk background preferred, with extensive knowledge of Zoho IT Helpdesk.
  • Experience handling real-time chatbots with quick response times.
  • Knowledge of HR procedures and policies, with a resourceful, problem-solving approach.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft, Workday, SAP, Zoho, Zendesk, ServiceNow, or other relevant HRMS tools.
  • Available to work Wednesday through Sunday on dynamic night shifts, with potential weekend support.
  • Ability to manage SLAs and KPIs and work effectively in a fast-changing, international team.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
