Description

  • Reach out to courts regarding individual orders and general status updates, and resolve issues related to existing orders.
  • Communicate professionally with court personnel, attorneys, customers, and other clients by phone, email, and chat.
  • Process documents, add notes and updates, and complete data entry tasks in the internal Skye application with high accuracy.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls from courts and customers and respond to questions as needed.
  • Relay updated information from courts to process servers and customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify root causes and process inefficiencies in the court filing workflow.
  • Navigate court dockets and websites to locate case document and status information.
  • Download court documents and import them into internal systems when needed.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • 1+ years of customer support, call-center, or retail experience in a customer-facing, service-oriented role is preferred.
  • Legal experience is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working and communicating effectively in a remote environment using tools such as Teams, Zoom, and Outlook.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word, plus related tools such as online fax systems.
  • Experience handling and manipulating documents, including PDFs.
  • Ability to perform repetitive data-entry tasks with accuracy.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Quick learner with a willingness to learn and grow.
