Description

  • Reach out to courts about individual orders and general status updates, answer questions, and resolve issues related to existing orders.
  • Communicate professionally with court personnel, attorneys, customers, and process servers by phone, email, and chat.
  • Process documents, add notes, and complete data entry in the company’s internal application with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls to assist courts and customers with questions and requests.
  • Relay updated court information to process servers and customers as needed.
  • Investigate root causes and process inefficiencies with team members.
  • Navigate court dockets and websites to find case documents and status information.
  • Download court documents and import them into internal systems.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • 1+ years of customer support, call-center, or retail experience in a customer-facing, service-oriented role is preferred.
  • Legal experience is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Comfort with remote work and virtual communication tools such as Teams, Zoom, and Outlook is required.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word is required.
  • Experience with online faxing tools is preferred.
  • Document manipulation experience, including working with PDFs, is required.
  • Ability to perform repetitive data-entry tasks with accuracy is required.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English is required.
  • Willingness to learn and grow is required.
