Description

  • Take full ownership of the CRM ecosystem and customer database.
  • Audit existing CRM systems and databases and develop a long-term CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy.
  • Improve database quality, structure, integrity, hygiene, and data accuracy.
  • Build and manage customer segmentation frameworks based on business, value, behavior, and lifecycle data.
  • Design and manage lead scoring models to identify high-intent prospects.
  • Develop and optimize automated customer journeys across enquiry, nurturing, onboarding, retention, upsell, renewal, and reactivation stages.
  • Plan, coordinate, and launch campaigns across email, SMS, marketing automation workflows, and behavior-triggered sequences.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, copywriters, and designers to improve engagement and conversion performance.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign and CRM performance using key metrics and reporting.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to continuously improve customer engagement and revenue generation.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, or customer journey management.
  • Proven experience developing and managing CRM strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of CRM strategy, customer lifecycle marketing, lead nurturing, lead scoring, customer segmentation, marketing automation, email marketing, data management, campaign optimization, reporting, and analytics.
  • Experience building automated customer journeys and conversion-focused campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
  • Reliable laptop or desktop computer.
  • Stable, high-speed internet connection.
  • Experience using Keap, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, Odoo, or similar CRM and marketing automation systems is highly advantageous.
  • Experience within coaching, education, events, SaaS, digital marketing, or entrepreneurial growth businesses is highly beneficial.
