Description

  • Develop and implement cold email outreach strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Create, manage, and optimize cold email campaigns for potential clients and partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify and segment target audiences for tailored outreach.
  • Write compelling email copy that drives engagement and responses.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics such as open rates, response rates, and conversions.
  • Resolve email deliverability issues and maintain high inbox placement with low bounce rates.
  • Use email outreach platforms and CRM systems to track, organize, and manage campaigns.
  • Test and refine templates, subject lines, and send times to improve effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align outreach with broader business goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Cold Email Outreach Specialist or in a similar B2B role.
  • Experience using email outreach platforms such as Mailshake, Lemlist, Woodpecker, or Reply.
  • Strong knowledge of email deliverability best practices and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
