Description

Lead the design and development of full-stack applications using React, TypeScript, Java, and Spring Boot.
Own the end-to-end implementation of complex features and services.
Architect and maintain robust APIs and scalable microservices.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to align technical solutions with business needs.
Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers and promote software development best practices.
Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
Participate in Engineering Chapters for Front-End and Back-End, sharing knowledge and raising engineering standards.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in web application development, including at least 3 years working with both front-end and back-end technologies.
Deep experience with React and TypeScript for building modern web applications.
Strong command of Java and Spring Framework, or Python and one of its frameworks, for building back-end services.
Experience designing and implementing REST and GraphQL APIs.
Strong understanding of security principles and performance optimization.
Ability to write clean, modular, and testable code.
Experience with B2B SaaS, FinTech, or HRTech products is preferred.
Hands-on experience with cloud providers, preferably AWS.
Familiarity with TDD and writing robust tests is preferred.
Familiarity with UI design tools such as Figma and collaboration with design teams is preferred.
Experience using Storybook for front-end component development is preferred.
Experience with AI coding tools is preferred.
Previous experience working in remote or distributed teams is preferred.
