Description

  • Design and implement autonomous or semi-autonomous AI agents using large language models.
  • Build and integrate prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and tool/plugin connections for agents to interact with internal and external systems.
  • Develop scalable agent runtimes and orchestration layers using frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or ReAct-based approaches.
  • Own full-stack product features end to end, from backend APIs and data models to React-based frontend interfaces.
  • Integrate AI and agent capabilities into customer-facing products with clean user experiences and measurable performance.
  • Collaborate closely with design, product, and data teams to move ideas from concept to production.
  • Build and maintain backend services and pipelines that support AI agents, including vector search, embeddings, function calling, and observability.
  • Optimize inference flows for performance and cost using techniques such as streaming, caching, or local model inference.
  • Ensure systems are secure, reliable, and compliant with InfoSec standards.
  • Prototype, test, and iterate quickly on new AI capabilities while analyzing usage and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of full-stack development experience.
  • Strong skills in TypeScript/JavaScript, React, and Python, or Node/Go for backend development.
  • Solid understanding of LLM APIs, agent frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGPT, or CrewAI, or custom AI pipelines.
  • Experience with modern cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, Docker, and CI/CD.
  • Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
  • Product-oriented mindset with a focus on building user-friendly solutions.
  • Bonus experience with observability, feedback loops for AI agents, or embedded AI evaluation techniques.
  • Experience with scalable systems and AI toolchains is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a hands-on, cross-functional role across backend, frontend, and machine learning work.
