Description

  • Join a cross-functional engineering squad working with front-end engineers, back-end engineers, product management, and design.
  • Participate in the development of business-critical features for the SaaS platform.
  • Develop automated tests for new features and regression scenarios.
  • Perform functional, system integration, and regression testing to validate application behavior against business requirements.
  • Carry out occasional manual testing when needed.
  • Prioritize and triage client-reported bugs, providing clear insights and recommendations.
  • Report defects accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Track defects from discovery through resolution and verify fixes after implementation.
  • Monitor and reduce the number of end-user-found defects versus QA-found defects.
  • Contribute QA input to requirements review and prioritization.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Development roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Playwright for test automation is required.
  • Decent coding experience to support efficient test automation.
  • Proficiency in API testing and automation.
  • Familiarity with issue tracking tools, preferably JIRA.
  • Experience with version control, preferably Git.
  • Experience creating, maintaining, and executing detailed manual test plans.
  • Proficiency with test case management tools.
  • Professional written and spoken English proficiency.
  • Experience working on a SaaS platform or custom-built product (preferred).
  • Experience working in an agile environment with frequent releases (preferred).
  • Familiarity with mobile application testing (preferred).
  • Awareness of DevOps practices related to QA infrastructure, CI/CD, and deployment systems (preferred).
  • Understanding of web application development concepts (preferred).
  • Strong ownership mindset and continuous improvement orientation (preferred).
  • High standards for self and others (preferred).
