Description

  • Build and manage an annual calendar of dinners, roundtables, retreats, and community events.
  • Evaluate attendee lists and target accounts before committing event spend.
  • Pre-book conversations with high-value prospects before events.
  • Develop joint events with agencies, BPOs, technology partners, and operator communities.
  • Own the guest experience, including invitations, logistics, introductions, hosting, and follow-up.
  • Host dinners and moderate engaging discussions for ecommerce leaders.
  • Maintain accurate event-sourced pipeline attribution in the CRM.
  • Measure cost per qualified demo, pipeline, and closed ARR by event.
  • Create a repeatable field-events playbook and identify which programs to continue or discontinue.
  • Attend or host 3–4 focused events per month across the US and Canada.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in field GTM, events, community, business development, hospitality, brand marketing, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Experience owning pipeline, meetings, or revenue targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate qualified sales conversations through events.
  • Strong hosting, relationship-building, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to write personalized invitations and communicate with founders, Heads of CX, and agency leaders.
  • Strong organization across travel, vendors, guest lists, budgets, and follow-up.
  • Experience with ecommerce brands, agencies, BPOs, Shopify apps, or customer-experience companies preferred.
  • Existing relationships with ecommerce founders, operators, agency leaders, or community hosts preferred.
  • Experience running private dinners, executive roundtables, retreats, or small conferences preferred.
  • B2B SaaS pipeline generation, panel moderation, podcast hosting, performance, or community-building experience preferred.

Benefits

  • $85,000–$95,000 USD base salary.
  • $75,000 target variable compensation and $160,000–$170,000 target cash compensation.
  • Uncapped variable compensation tied to held demos, sourced pipeline, and closed ARR.
  • Meaningful stock options with four-year vesting.
  • Paid time off, learning support, company offsites, and remote-work tools.
  • Remote North America role with direct access to the CEO, partnerships, and sales teams.
