Description

  • Own the HRIS product roadmap by identifying gaps, championing improvements, and driving system evolution across People operations.
  • Diagnose root needs behind requests, challenge assumptions, and co-design durable solutions.
  • Lead Workday configuration, release readiness, and testing for annual People programs and system updates.
  • Build, govern, and troubleshoot integrations across the People technology ecosystem to improve reliability and uptime.
  • Define and enforce security and access governance practices across People systems in alignment with SOX ITGC requirements.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and analyses that improve stakeholder decision-making with reliable people data.
  • Drive mass data changes, policy rollouts, and system updates with thorough testing and attention to accuracy.
  • Elevate system capability across the organization by enabling users and promoting self-sufficiency.
  • Partner closely with stakeholders across time zones on core systems, integrations, reporting, and compliance.

Requirements

  • Deep hands-on Workday expertise across HCM, compensation, benefits, time tracking, talent, performance, and security.
  • Experience building and scaling people technology in a public company environment.
  • Working knowledge of SOX ITGC requirements.
  • Ability to think with a product ownership mindset and own outcomes.
  • Strong integration experience, including Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) and related Workday ecosystem tools.
  • Strong communication skills for translating complex system logic into clear requirements and updates.
  • Sound judgment in evaluating business impact, downstream effects, and change management implications.
  • Consulting instincts with experience leading design discussions, navigating ambiguity, and building stakeholder trust.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a bias for action in identifying and driving improvements.
  • AI-forward approach to people technology, including using AI tools to automate workflows and accelerate analysis.
