Description

  • Provide full Workday support, including configuration, security administration, tenant configuration, data loads, report writing, integration design, and upgrade planning and testing.
  • Perform HRIS administrative functions such as module implementation, business process configuration, user management, feature testing, and system upgrades.
  • Support Talent Acquisition by optimizing HRIS integrations with Greenhouse.
  • Manage HRIS projects end to end, including requirements gathering, process mapping, functional design, deployment, and training creation.
  • Advise users on system functionality, workflow automation, and troubleshooting.
  • Create, maintain, and support reports and dashboards using appropriate reporting tools.
  • Maintain data integrity by performing audits, running queries, and analyzing data.
  • Partner with IT to build and maintain integrations and related documentation.
  • Collaborate with People Operations, Total Rewards, People Business Partners, and Talent on cross-functional projects.
  • Support Workday processes for benefits open enrollment, performance and engagement, and compensation review cycles.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Workday administration and configuration.
  • 2+ years of combined experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, or advanced reporting.
  • Established understanding of HRIS technology, including design, structure, functions, processes, and analytics.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and operations.
  • Demonstrated project management experience.
  • Experience working with data analytics tools is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS systems is preferred.
