Description

  • Own the Aces & Kings go-to-market strategy for the In-Store business and align it with annual objectives.
  • Manage and cultivate long-term relationships with elite restaurant groups and strategic integrated partners.
  • Serve as the executive point of contact for senior stakeholders and high-value accounts.
  • Partner with Sales to curate the merchant target list and lead high-stakes meetings to secure commitments from target accounts.
  • Manage the P&L of the partner portfolio and drive revenue targets and referral KPIs.
  • Define merchant value framing and give-get logic for each partnership.
  • Manage the Aces & Kings budget and build financial models to allocate funding for strategic acquisitions.
  • Lead incremental funding requests and develop principle-based growth strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Create and implement internal governance frameworks, including contracting rules and financial allocation principles.
  • Lead the Deal Desk for high-incentive agreements and oversee exclusivity, contractual, and approval workflows.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships, with experience managing complex enterprise relationships and go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience building financial models and managing significant budgets.
  • Comfort leading meetings with senior executives and communicating complex value propositions.
  • Experience building frameworks, Deal Desks, and approval workflows in a high-growth environment.
  • Ability to align Sales, Legal, Finance, Product, and Operations teams without direct authority.
  • Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, high-impact situations.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Advanced degree in Finance or Business is a plus.

  • Base salary range of $142,800 to $210,000 USD.
  • Total on-target earnings of $178,500 to $262,500 USD, including base pay and commissions.
