Description

  • Define Remote’s pricing and monetization strategy across customer segments and present recommendations to leadership.
  • Build dashboards that generate analytical insights to inform pricing and monetization decisions.
  • Create quarterly and yearly roadmaps to support pricing and monetization goals.
  • Lead and manage pricing and monetization projects with cross-functional partners in GTM and Product/Engineering.
  • Identify new packaging and bundling opportunities that simplify sales motions and increase market penetration.
  • Develop new pricing models and assess their impact on the existing customer base.
  • Translate analytical insights into actionable pricing recommendations.
  • Own projects and outcomes from start to finish with a strong sense of accountability.

Requirements

  • Background in Corporate Strategy, GTM Strategy, BizOps, Management Consulting, or Investment Banking, ideally as an early hire at a scaling SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling systems, operations, and processes within the SaaS industry.
  • Deep experience with analytics and the ability to turn insights into pricing recommendations.
  • Understanding of SaaS business models and sales-led motions.
  • Experience project managing cross-functional initiatives, especially with GTM and Product/Engineering teams.
  • Ability to identify and develop solutions to complex strategic and operational problems across departments.
  • Strong ownership mindset and accountability from start to finish.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Experience working remotely is a plus.
