Description

  • Own and scale multi-channel acquisition strategies and go-to-market plans for Student Loan Refinance to meet quarterly and annual growth targets.
  • Monitor market conditions, competitive threats, and external factors, and adjust strategy to protect and accelerate growth.
  • Oversee the Student Loan Refinance marketing budget and identify, size, and forecast incremental growth opportunities.
  • Define target audience segmentation and develop research-backed messaging and marketing strategies across channels.
  • Design and manage the overall offer strategy, including offer terms, fulfillment processes, and creative testing to improve conversion.
  • Write core creative briefs and partner with Brand Strategy and Creative Studio on campaign development and performance.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to Product Management to improve the customer journey, remove pain points, and support product-market fit.
  • Own the At Work marketing channel strategy to drive acquisition and engagement through employer partnerships.
  • Collaborate with At Work Sales, Partnerships, Operations, and Product teams to align marketing strategy and strengthen infrastructure.
  • Develop B2B2C messaging and use performance insights to test, refine, and scale channel strategy and execution.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of B2C Product Marketing and/or Growth Marketing experience, ideally in a high-growth environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in Marketing, Consumer Insights, or a similar field.
  • Proven track record of accelerating growth for a FinTech or B2C financial product, such as 2X or 3X growth.
  • Experience combining strategic thinking with tactical execution and project management to drive growth across multiple channels.
  • Strong analytical aptitude with mastery of tools and frameworks such as Tableau, Amplitude, and A/B testing.
  • High initiative, entrepreneurial drive, and a strong bias for action in ambiguous environments.
  • Ability to solve problems and work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume growth environment.
  • Experience managing channels and channel mix strategies is required.
  • Experience leading or mentoring others is needed, as this role provides day-to-day leadership for one Associate Product Marketing Manager.
  • Experience with employer-based distribution, B2B2C marketing, or related channel work is preferred.
