Description

  • Provide legal and strategic guidance to clients on immigration compliance service delivery.
  • Monitor Remote products and services for immigration compliance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare, analyze, and submit visa and work permit applications.
  • Maintain immigration law and internal documentation to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.
  • Handle escalations, determine when senior review is needed, and drive timely resolutions.
  • Advise on business travel and sponsorship cases, including specific travel needs and immigration processes.
  • Track case statuses using case management and billing systems.
  • Respond to complex client cases with practical, solution-oriented immigration guidance.
  • Improve processes through automation and documentation.
  • Work independently while taking ownership of day-to-day tasks.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or a similar role with a focus on immigration.
  • Strong understanding of immigration procedures and compliance processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to stay composed and efficient under pressure during periods of higher workload.
  • Experience in the technology sector or at a company undergoing rapid growth and scaling is highly desirable.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to adjust to evolving priorities or changing processes.
  • Customer-facing experience with strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse client bases.
  • Strong interest in expanding knowledge of global immigration laws and developing expertise.
  • Experience working remotely and/or asynchronously with minimal oversight is an advantage.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required; additional languages are a plus.
