Description

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for employees, managers, clients, and external partners.
  • Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, right-to-work checks, documentation, HR system updates, benefits, payroll support, leave administration, and offboarding.
  • Prepare and maintain employment contracts, employee letters, confirmations, and personnel records.
  • Monitor employment legislation and HR best practices to keep policies and processes compliant and current.
  • Coordinate filings, document submissions, and correspondence with government authorities and external agencies.
  • Handle confidential employee information in accordance with data privacy and company requirements.
  • Support audits, compliance reviews, HR reporting, and accurate documentation.
  • Participate in special projects and ad hoc HR initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and local employment laws.
  • Experience as an HR Specialist, HR Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Awareness of and appreciation for cultural differences.
  • Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in dynamic environments with changing priorities.
  • Flexibility in managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and technology tools preferred.
