Description

  • Serve as the subject matter expert and escalation point for contract management topics.
  • Lead, coach, develop, and supervise the regional contracts management team.
  • Own recruitment, training, skills development, mentoring, and performance support for direct reports.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Product, Engineering, Legal, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to improve processes and workflows.
  • Enhance and maintain integrations, standard operating procedures, and operational processes aligned to business goals.
  • Improve team tools and workflows, including identifying automation opportunities to increase quality, efficiency, and scale.
  • Build and support a high-performing service-level team focused on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
  • Champion Remote’s values and the Lifecycle team’s goals internally and externally.

Requirements

  • Experience in HR Operations across multiple countries in APAC.
  • Deep knowledge of contracts management and labor law or local labor compliance.
  • Track record of scaling or managing HR operations across diverse APAC markets.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, international, scale-up environment.
  • Hands-on people management experience with a coaching mindset.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using a variety of digital tools.
  • Fluent English written and spoken.
  • Startup and remote working experience is a plus.
  • Experience working remotely is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to safely manage employee data and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
