Description

  • Review, negotiate, and manage contracts, modifications, NDAs, teaming agreements, subcontract agreements, and related files.
  • Oversee federal prime contracts, including GSA Schedules, IDIQs, and other large MACs from inception through closeout.
  • Collaborate with Program Managers to review terms, identify gaps, and mitigate compliance and performance risks.
  • Identify contractual and compliance risks and lead mitigation and resolution efforts with internal teams and government counterparts.
  • Ensure contractual deliverables are met and respond timely to CPARS evaluations.
  • Work with Finance and Accounting to verify contract values, funding, timekeeping, billing, and related financial requirements.
  • Maintain contract setups and records in Unanet ERP and ensure data accuracy.
  • Support Business Development with data calls, due date tracking, and quote/RFP submissions.
  • Plan and support compliance activities, including GSA and DCAA audits, and maintain SOPs, templates, checklists, and controls.
  • Manage subcontract administration, including task orders, amendments, subcontractor onboarding, renewals, terminations, closeouts, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of full contract and subcontract lifecycle management, negotiation, and proposal development experience.
  • Extensive experience independently administering complex federal government contracts across the full lifecycle, including prime contracts and subcontracts.
  • In-depth knowledge of FAR and DFARS.
  • Experience with complex contracting and negotiation across GWACs such as SEWP IV, OASIS+, and SeaPort NxG, as well as IDIQs, single-award, CPFF, T&M, LH, and FFP contracts.
  • Proficiency with Unanet, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with SAM.gov, FPDS, PIEE/WAWF, CPARS, GovConnect/GSA FAS systems, DoD SAFE, and other federal procurement systems.
  • Experience with ISR and SSR reporting in eSRS is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Cost Accounting Standards, Mentor-Protégé Joint Ventures, mergers and acquisitions, contract novation, and SBA size recertification is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, or 10 years of contract administration experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant federal and/or state government contracting experience.
  • Certified Contract Management Associate (CCMA) or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to obtain a DoD security clearance, if required.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen with no dual citizenship.
