Description

  • Serve as custodian of employment terms and agreements and support complex employee lifecycle projects.
  • Draft, tailor, and administer employee lifecycle documents, including employment agreement amendments, letters, and forms.
  • Advise clients and employees on employment legislation and interpret employment agreements for both basic and complex matters.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including payroll, legal counsel, government bodies, and trade unions, to maintain compliance.
  • Support Senior Specialists with initiatives affecting employees across multiple countries and assist with HR and financial audits.
  • Develop and update global internal contracts management documentation in response to legislative changes.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries on employment matters in collaboration with Lifecycle stakeholders.
  • Identify and contribute to process improvements, automation, product development, and better customer and employee experiences.
  • Safely manage employee data and confidential information in accordance with established protocols.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing employee lifecycle events with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance.
  • Experience providing HR support and guidance on employment laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Strong communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken business English.
  • Additional languages are considered a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, asynchronous, remote, international environment.
  • Comfort using communication, documentation, and project management tools such as Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and G Suite.
  • Aptitude and enthusiasm for process innovation, optimization, and automation.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
