Description

  • Act as the operational leader and primary mentor for Associates and Specialists on the Deal Desk team.
  • Represent the Senior Manager in cross-functional forums with Sales Leadership and align on Deal Desk priorities.
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for complex deals, non-standard pricing requests, and contract exceptions.
  • Oversee deal approval workflows and pricing compliance, including handling escalations and exceptions requiring senior judgment.
  • Maintain SLA standards and unblock time-sensitive or complex cases as needed.
  • Proactively identify deal friction, recurring blockers, and emerging risks across the Sales organization.
  • Own the working relationship with Legal and Finance on behalf of the Senior Manager.
  • Develop and maintain deal playbooks and sales enablement resources.
  • Build and scale automated workflows to reduce manual effort and improve team efficiency.
  • Track Deal Desk performance metrics and deal trends, turning data into actionable recommendations.
  • Drive the Deal Desk improvement roadmap across processes, tooling, automation, and policy.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close operations to ensure accurate deal execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related function in an Enterprise SaaS/B2B company.
  • Previous Lead or Supervisor experience is a plus.
  • Proven experience handling complex, high-stakes situations across deal structure, pricing, and contract exceptions.
  • Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes, revenue recognition principles, and order management.
  • Deep hands-on knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) and CPQ systems, including troubleshooting and workflow optimization.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence senior stakeholders across Go-to-Market, Legal, and Finance.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn deal trends and operational signals into recommendations.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and prioritize effectively in high-volume periods.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, fully remote, globally distributed environment.
  • Strong automation and AI capabilities.
  • Remote work experience is preferred but not required.
