Description

  • Own the health and retention of a defined portfolio of customers to ensure value realization and satisfaction.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Support, Onboarding, Offboarding, Payroll, Finance, and Business Operations teams to resolve customer and employee issues.
  • Develop and execute customer health and retention strategies using data and feedback to identify risks and drive recovery plans.
  • Maintain accurate customer records for health, sentiment, and engagement in HubSpot and the platform.
  • Work with Hiring Success Managers and clients to activate committed hires efficiently and on time.
  • Identify and remove operational blockers that affect time-to-revenue and time-to-value.
  • Provide feedback to improve activation processes and the onboarding experience.
  • Identify expansion opportunities across products and countries and educate customers on complementary services.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on global employment and country-specific employment practices using internal resources and local experts.
  • Share customer feedback with Product, Operations, and Leadership to influence roadmap, service improvements, and process optimization.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Support, or Customer Success roles.
  • Experience in a SaaS platform business, ideally.
  • Experience working in global HR, Payroll, or Global Mobility.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong clear communication and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong time management and the ability to structure work independently.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Independence, autonomy, and problem-solving initiative.
  • Strong empathy and people skills for handling conversations with multiple audiences.
  • Motivation to work in a fast-paced startup environment and contribute to growth.
