Description

  • Drive new business and close deals with new (and occasional existing) prospects across assigned European territories (UK, Portugal, Spain, Germany, Hungary, Romania, Poland).
  • Conduct outbound prospecting and thoughtfully target accounts while leveraging SDR, partnership, and marketing-generated leads.
  • Engage cross-functionally with SDR and marketing teams to refine the target account profile and outreach approach.
  • Present demos and conduct consultative sales conversations to articulate the benefits of RemoFirst to prospects.
  • Close accounts at high velocity and consistently pursue quota attainment and KPI overachievement.
  • Manage pipeline and complex deals, tracking and reporting progress using the company CRM.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to improve the sales process and sales tech stack; help implement and adopt sales tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, be a team player, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in high-volume sales roles.
  • Experience selling HR or FinTech software is a strong plus.
  • Previous EOR (Employer of Record) experience is a significant plus.
  • Proven track record of consistent quota attainment, working on complex deals, and overachieving KPIs.
  • Consultative selling experience and experience presenting product demos.
  • Experience working in a fully remote environment.
  • Excellent English with clear communication and strategic thinking.
  • Strong time-management, independence, collaboration, empathy, and self-motivation.
  • Comfortable selling with limited/partially implemented sales tech and able to advise on required tools.
