Description

  • Manage a portfolio of employees and oversee the end-to-end onboarding process through the RemoFirst platform.
  • Advise clients and employees on country-specific employment requirements and compliant hiring through an Employer of Record model.
  • Gather required documentation and coordinate with third-party partners to ensure locally compliant paperwork is completed accurately.
  • Keep clients, employees, and internal stakeholders informed with proactive updates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date onboarding data in internal systems and across partner workflows.
  • Collaborate with local experts and internal knowledge resources to support compliant, efficient global hiring.
  • Collect user feedback and share it with the Product team to influence future improvements.
  • Proactively resolve onboarding service issues by working with internal teams and external partners.
  • Support employee offboarding when individuals reach the end of their employment, when needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Support/Success roles, ideally in an HR Tech SaaS environment.
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition or HR operations is also highly relevant.
  • Experience with EOR (Employer of Record), global HR, or payroll-related support.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple onboardings across global time zones.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and seek improvements.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a remote-first, globally distributed environment.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail to support compliance across multiple countries.
  • Empathetic, people-focused approach to working with clients and employees.
  • Ability to work independently, use initiative, and solve problems autonomously.
