Description

  • Conduct high-volume outbound phone calls to engage prospects and close sales using provided leads.
  • Follow a proven sales process and scripts to qualify prospects, handle objections, and secure deals.
  • Close sales often within 1–2 conversations.
  • Maintain accurate records of dispositions, opportunities, and follow-ups in the CRM.
  • Keep the sales pipeline clean and up to date.
  • Meet daily and weekly KPIs, including dials, talk time, contacts, and closes.
  • Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and call reviews to improve performance.
  • Work within a remote, high-performance sales environment and contribute to company growth.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1–7 years of high-volume, quota-carrying sales experience with a proven history of personally closing deals.
  • Experience conducting outbound phone calls and qualifying prospects to close sales in 1–2 conversations.
  • Experience using a CRM to track opportunities, follow-ups, and pipeline status.
  • Experience following a structured sales process using scripts and talk tracks.
  • Experience working in a KPI-driven sales environment with daily metrics.
  • Experience participating in active sales coaching and call review/recording.
  • Professional fluency in English and authorization to work in the United States.
  • Preferred experience selling to SMB or professional-services customers such as real estate agents, financial advisors, insurance agents, or small business owners.
  • Preferred familiarity with digital and direct-mail marketing solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced sales environment with a distraction-free home workspace and high-speed internet.

  • On-Target Earnings of $65,000–$125,000+ with base pay plus uncapped commission and incentives.
