Description

  • Review, contact, and qualify inbound and outbound leads for the sales team.
  • Proactively engage inbound leads to assess fit and sales readiness.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Identify and close B2B opportunities over the phone to support revenue growth.
  • Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and CRM workflows to maintain engagement and conversion.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and progress in the CRM.
  • Support pipeline tracking and team collaboration through consistent CRM updates.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a client-facing sales or business development role.
  • Experience in the healthcare, insurance, or tech sectors is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and engage prospects professionally.
  • Proven experience using CRM tools such as Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
  • Understanding of lead tracking and pipeline management.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously while prioritizing follow-ups effectively.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for sales and client engagement.
