Description

  • Build and run core People Operations processes across the business.
  • Track key people metrics such as attrition, time-to-productivity, and employee engagement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and documentation.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and benefits administration with Finance.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws across all operating markets and update internal policies as regulations change.
  • Own the end-to-end onboarding process, including pre-joining logistics, system access, equipment, and Day 1 readiness.
  • Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews and documentation.
  • Oversee the company-wide performance review cycle and improve review processes using performance data.
  • Manage and develop the People Operations team, including work allocation, accountability, and coaching.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in any field.
  • Completed NYSC.
  • At least 7 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience designing or improving HR processes such as onboarding or performance management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing or mentoring team members, or leading cross-functional projects.
  • Ability to use data and people metrics to identify problems and recommend solutions.
  • Legally authorized to work in Nigeria.
  • Experience in a technology or healthcare organization is preferred.
  • Exposure to multi-country HR operations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms like Leafsome, Zoho People, or similar tools is preferred.
  • Experience working with senior leadership on people strategy is preferred.
