Description

  • Lead or contribute to end-to-end technical delivery of plan migrations, including data migration, system configuration, integration setup, and cutover activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues throughout the migration lifecycle from staging through production.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, migration runbooks, and delivery standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of migration tooling, processes, and delivery frameworks.
  • Collaborate with internal customer, implementation, and product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Act as a technical lead across parallel migration workstreams and mentor junior team members.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex technical delivery challenges.
  • Represent the team in cross-functional planning forums.
  • Own technical changes such as upgrades, migrations, and integrations end-to-end with accountability for outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience for Engineer level or 5+ years for Senior level in technical delivery, implementation engineering, or a comparable hands-on B2B SaaS role.
  • Proven experience with data migration, system integration, or enterprise software configuration.
  • Working knowledge of API concepts such as REST and webhooks.
  • Experience with version control systems such as GitHub or GitLab.
  • Hands-on experience with automation scripts and AI-assisted delivery tools to reduce manual effort.
  • Solid understanding of data models, database schemas, integration patterns, and SQL for validation, querying, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills for ambiguous technical challenges.
  • Ability to read logs, error traces, and monitoring output to diagnose issues in staging or production.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles and ability to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Clear written and verbal communication with the ability to flag risks and blockers early.
  • Full professional fluency in English; Spanish fluency is a strong advantage for Mexico-based candidates.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and shift priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong ownership, collaboration, adaptability, and resilience under pressure.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience (nice to have).
  • Background in supply chain planning, demand planning, or retail/CPG technology (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with ERP or WMS platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Blue Yonder (nice to have).
  • Experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP (nice to have).
  • Exposure to CI/CD, deployment pipelines, release management, change management, ITIL, ETL, middleware, fleet-level monitoring, configuration management, or SRE practices (nice to have).
  • APICS CSCP, CPIM, or similar supply chain certification (nice to have).
  • Prior experience leading technical delivery teams or workstreams in a SaaS migration context (Senior nice to have).
  • Experience with Java for integration, automation, or backend scripting (nice to have).
