Description

  • Own the day-to-day Meta ads operation across a full book of 15-20 lead generation clients.
  • Launch, scale, and pause campaigns based on performance to optimise for CPL.
  • Manage media buying execution and contribute to creative strategy for lead generation accounts.
  • Produce static ads in Canva and brief creative concepts to the content team.
  • Monitor account performance, identify issues quickly, and prioritise the highest-leverage actions.
  • Prepare weekly Loom walkthroughs and client reports that clearly explain account performance and next steps.
  • Maintain dashboards, documentation, and reporting workflows for each account.
  • Collaborate with the content and video team while owning ad account execution.
  • Brief in new creative proactively before accounts become fatigued.
  • Work independently to manage the full client book with minimal oversight.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience running Meta ads for lead generation businesses.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, including pixel setup, conversions API, attribution, custom audiences, and lookalikes.
  • Property or service-based lead generation experience is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of hitting and maintaining CPL targets across multiple accounts.
  • Strong diagnostic thinking and the ability to identify what is driving performance differences between campaigns.
  • Confident producing static ads in Canva and briefing creative ideas to a content team.
  • Understanding of how creative connects to landing pages and broader funnel performance.
  • Comfortable recording weekly Loom walkthroughs that tell the story of an account.
  • Excellent spoken and written English with strong, proactive communication skills.
  • Available full-time Monday to Friday with Melbourne business hour overlap.
  • Responsive on Slack during working hours and active in daily standups and Friday team wrap-ups.
  • Fast and reliable internet connection, your own suitable laptop or desktop, a quiet working environment, and a good-quality microphone or headset.

  • Compensation of $2,000-$3,000 AUD per month, depending on experience and output quality.
  • Rate review at 90 days based on CPL performance, reporting quality, account ownership, and client feedback.
  • Top-of-band pay of $3,000 AUD reserved for strong senior operators meeting CPL targets with minimal oversight.
