Description

  • Lead end-to-end strategy, execution, analysis, and reporting for assigned paid media accounts.
  • Own media planning, roadmapping, testing, and strategic decision-making for client campaigns.
  • Manage and develop a team of Media Supervisors and Senior Media Managers through delegation, guidance, and performance evaluation.
  • Serve as the primary internal and external point of contact for owned accounts and client escalations.
  • Partner with Client Service Managers and the Group Media Director to align media work with client goals, priorities, and efficiency targets.
  • Drive account growth by increasing billing, expanding channel support, and identifying opportunities for new media coverage.
  • Create reports, write insights, and present performance updates to clients.
  • Maintain account health through optimizations, structural updates, bidding changes, conversion tracking, and copy revisions.
  • Design and deploy monthly and quarterly tests across structure, targeting, creative, messaging, and conversion approaches.
  • Use AI tools and Power Digital’s Nova platform to improve workflows, performance, and team evaluation.

Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of paid media experience.
  • Experience managing multiple paid media accounts with monthly budgets between $200K and $1MM.
  • Experience developing paid media strategy, media plans, competitive research, testing frameworks, and measurement frameworks across multiple channels.
  • Extensive experience with Google and Bing platforms, including Search, PMAX, Demand Gen, YouTube, and Video.
  • Experience with full-funnel strategy, lead generation, brand awareness, and incremental lift measurement.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, GTM, conversion tracking, and optimization strategy; GA4 knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to write ad copy, guide creative strategy, identify asset needs, and set a creative testing cadence.
  • Client relationship management experience, including reporting insights and optimization toward business goals.
  • Team management, delegation, and development experience.
  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency is required.
