Description

  • Own outbound prospecting across phone and email to generate pipeline.
  • Engage senior decision-makers and C-level stakeholders in discovery conversations.
  • Uncover business challenges and qualify opportunities for the sales team.
  • Book high-quality meetings for client sales representatives.
  • Manage CRM activity and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Work closely with Account Managers to build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Support top-of-funnel B2B sales efforts for enterprise software campaigns.

Requirements

  • Based in Singapore.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales, cold calling, or SDR roles.
  • Proven success generating qualified meetings through outbound prospecting.
  • Strong experience engaging C-level executives and senior business decision-makers.
  • Excellent discovery, questioning, and opportunity qualification skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Experience selling ERP, finance software, business applications, or other enterprise technology solutions.
  • Fast and reliable internet connection, plus your own laptop or desktop, a quiet working environment, and a good-quality headset or microphone.
  • SaaS or enterprise technology sales experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience working within an agency or outsourced sales environment is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of the financial services or insurance sectors is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to enterprise software sales cycles is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with enterprise business platforms or similar technology solutions is highly desirable.
