Description

  • Own Stage 1 of the sales process by booking trust-building introduction meetings with qualified prospects.
  • Prospect into compliance-driven industries across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Run high-volume outbound activity across phone, email, and LinkedIn, including 80+ dials per day.
  • Target companies with 100 to 400 active users in industries such as energy, transport, aviation, finance, insurance, and medical data processing.
  • Book qualified meetings with senior decision-makers and ensure the right person is in the room.
  • Offer a free assessment as part of the introduction meeting process.
  • Maintain consistent daily outbound output and meet monthly qualified meeting targets.
  • Track and report activity accurately through CRM hygiene and weekly reporting.
  • Work closely with the Founder to support pipeline generation and growth.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of outbound B2B sales or SDR experience, ideally in SaaS or technology.
  • Proven ability to cold call and engage senior decision-makers in regulated or enterprise environments.
  • Strong ability to clearly communicate value without jargon or over-explaining.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Aircall, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Ability to qualify prospects precisely and avoid booking outside the ideal customer profile.
  • Resilience under high-volume outbound activity with consistent daily output.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Self-managed with reliable follow-through on CRM hygiene and weekly reporting.
  • Familiarity with Australian or New Zealand business culture is a strong advantage.
