Description

  • Engage inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and messages to schedule discovery calls with Sales Managers.
  • Evaluate lead quality quickly and decide whether to pass, hold, or escalate prospects based on criteria.
  • Maintain and update lead records in HubSpot or another CRM in real time, including notes, statuses, and follow-up reminders.
  • Follow structured outreach sequences and drip campaigns while escalating blockers immediately.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to prioritize high-potential leads and contact them first.
  • Track and report daily outreach metrics, conversion rates, and scheduled appointments for management review.
  • Proactively follow up with prospects to prevent leads from going cold.
  • Work independently without step-by-step guidance or daily supervision.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or inside sales in US-aligned B2B or high-ticket services.
  • Proven ability to make independent lead-qualification decisions without daily supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including confidence on phone, Zoom, and email outreach.
  • Comfortable managing multiple lead sources, high-volume outreach, and strict processes.
  • High attention to detail and ability to avoid lost or mismanaged lead data.
  • Must be available during US-aligned business hours for calls and virtual collaboration.
  • Experience using HubSpot CRM.
  • Experience with Kixie or another VoIP dialer.
  • Experience with Zoom or Google Meet and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail).
  • Preferred candidates can prioritize leads quickly and maintain consistent scheduling and outreach metrics.
