Description

  • Own complete outbound campaigns from prospect research through qualified handoffs to senior closers.
  • Target decision-makers and other high-value stakeholders in outbound outreach efforts.
  • Conduct cold calls and book qualified sales appointments.
  • Manage prospecting activities using lead intelligence and premium outreach tools.
  • Work directly with the client team and maintain close collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Track progress toward monthly appointment and revenue targets.
  • Support the sales process by identifying prospects with genuine buying authority and budget.
  • Contribute to an integrated sales team with clear progression opportunities.

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • 2+ years of experience in outbound sales or lead generation roles.
  • Proven success making cold calls and booking sales appointments.
  • Comfort speaking with business owners and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong objection handling and persuasive communication skills.
  • Fast and reliable internet connection.
  • Own laptop or desktop suitable for the role.
  • Quiet working environment.
  • Good-quality microphone or headset.
