Description

  • Analyze sales cycles, conversion rates, customer churn, and other revenue drivers to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Use generative AI, machine learning platforms, and automated analytics tools to accelerate insight generation and deepen analysis.
  • Translate complex data findings into clear narratives and presentations for executive and other business stakeholders.
  • Perform ad hoc AI-assisted analyses to support strategic initiatives and answer critical business questions.
  • Apply statistical methods, machine learning, and AI techniques to forecast revenue and predict customer behavior such as churn and upsell potential.
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven predictive models for customer segmentation, ideal customer profiles, lead scoring, and decision automation.
  • Build scalable, production-ready models using AI development frameworks and MLOps best practices.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define business problems and convert them into AI-powered data science solutions.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and refine models for accuracy, fairness, and business impact.
  • Champion responsible AI use across revenue analytics, with attention to transparency, governance, and alignment to business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field; master's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in a data science role, preferably in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations at a B2B software company.
  • Proven experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
  • Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling using Python, including pandas, numpy, and scikit-learn.
  • Experience using AI-assisted analytics tools such as LLM copilots, automated feature engineering, and AutoML.
  • Ability to design AI workflows using tools like Claude Code, ChatGPT, and Gemini.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for explaining complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Understanding of sales processes, SaaS business models, and key revenue metrics.
  • Comfort integrating generative AI into workflows for insight generation, summarization, or automation.
