Description

  • Own features end-to-end from idea to production across frontend, backend, and data layers.
  • Build and maintain React frontends for multiplatform product experiences.
  • Develop and maintain Node.js/Express services and RESTful APIs.
  • Design and orchestrate agentic AI workflows using modern frameworks and protocols.
  • Integrate LLMs into product features through prompt chains, tool calling, and function execution.
  • Build and extend automation pipelines connected to AI agents, external APIs, webhooks, and cloud services.
  • Contribute to database schema design and manage data layers in PostgreSQL and BigQuery.
  • Help manage cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform.
  • Instrument features, measure impact, gather user feedback, and iterate based on results.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and leadership to shape the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of full-stack experience in a high-output team.
  • Strong Python fluency for rapid prototyping and library use.
  • Deep TypeScript and React proficiency, including Hooks, Context API, Vite, and Shadcn UI.
  • Backend experience with Node.js, Express, REST APIs, and PostgreSQL.
  • Experience building AI-native products and using agents by default.
  • Understanding of MCP and agentic orchestration patterns.
  • Ability to build guardrails and work confidently with AI systems.
  • Strong product sense and the ability to distinguish good and bad UX.
  • Self-driven, business-aware mindset focused on solving real problems and moving metrics.
  • Bonus: hands-on experience with LLMs in production, prompt tuning, RAG pipelines, vector databases such as Pinecone or Weaviate, or agentic frameworks such as LangGraph or CrewAI.
  • Bonus: familiarity with LLM observability tools such as Langfuse or LangSmith and cloud platforms like GCP.
  • Bonus: genuine passion for AI and awareness of new models, protocols such as MCP or A2A, and developer tooling.
