Description

  • Drive revenue growth by implementing sales tactics to meet corporate revenue and profit goals aligned with Redwood’s expansion strategy.
  • Grow business with new and existing key customers, maintain long-term relationships, and maximize upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Prospect, qualify, and develop assigned accounts to identify and secure high-quality clients and new business.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business, strategy, goals, pain points, and value chain to surface customer-centric opportunities.
  • Position Redwood as a business partner for digital, business, and technology transformation using a consultative, value-driven selling approach.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and executives, engaging them to generate and drive deals through the sales process.
  • Create proposals, negotiate deals, and maintain an accurate pipeline and reporting dashboard.
  • Act as the primary account interface between the customer and internal teams (pre-sales, delivery, finance), coordinating actions across departments.
  • Identify and manage risks within client engagements and resolve conflicts by coordinating stakeholders and departments as needed.
  • Operate as a reliable individual contributor and collaborative team player with strong work ethic and openness to diversity.

Requirements

  • Experience in business-to-business and software sales.
  • Proven track record in account management.
  • Initiative, business acumen, confidence, and a competitive attitude.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide solutions and drive behavioral change in support of business goals and objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to handle complex and dynamic requirements and deadlines with minimal impact on responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated executive presence and ability to build relationships with C-level/top management.
  • Experience with prospecting and new business development, including qualifying and developing accounts.
