Description

  • Own the Finance Transformation programme plan and cross-company project portfolio, including milestones, dependencies, resource allocation, critical path, and budget governance.
  • Design and facilitate the strategic governance cadence, including weekly status meetings, monthly steering committees, and quarterly Board updates.
  • Track top strategic programmes across the company, including HX-2 production, AI software initiatives, M&A activity, and Finance Transformation workstreams, against milestones and budgets.
  • Surface resource conflicts, risks, and blockers early, and bring structured options to the appropriate decision-makers.
  • Maintain the programme risk register and own Finance Transformation budget tracking with quarterly return on investment reporting.
  • Build and maintain the single source of strategic truth for the CEO and leadership team through clear programme reporting and dashboards.
  • Use AI tools to synthesise status inputs from cross-functional leads and produce CFO-ready dashboards.
  • Deploy automated dependency-tracking logic to flag critical-path risks before steering committee reviews.

Requirements

  • Experience leading complex, multi-workstream transformation programmes in tech, deep-tech, defence, or a fast-scaling environment.
  • Track record of managing real organisational dependencies across functions.
  • Programme management qualification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
  • Experience applying programme management frameworks in mixed engineering and finance contexts.
  • Experience building Board-ready governance dashboards and presenting strategic tracking to C-suite and Board-level audiences.
  • Fluency in financial modelling and budget governance.
  • Ability to challenge programme business cases, track transformation budgets, and ask strong questions in project reviews.
  • Ability to build trust and influence across Engineering, Legal, HR, and Finance without relying on hierarchy.
  • Fluency in English.
  • German language skills are a strong advantage.
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies spanning engineering and finance teams is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience building AI-powered PMO tooling, including automated status synthesis and LLM-assisted stakeholder communications, is preferred.
