Description

  • Deploy Redpoint software based on client-approved business requirements and design documents.
  • Build ETL processes to ingest 1st- and 3rd-party data into the marketing data repository using Redpoint Data Management.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in Redpoint Interaction, the company’s marketing and campaign orchestration product.
  • Collaborate with development team members and project leadership to deliver solutions that meet project standards.
  • Provide support, troubleshooting, and forensic assistance for client implementations in both Redpoint-hosted and client-hosted environments.
  • Work with development teams to identify new product features and functionality.
  • Escalate issues and challenges as needed to keep implementations on track.
  • Support recruiting of qualified personnel as needed.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in a solutions engineering, data engineering, or implementation role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong client interaction and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience building automations that consolidate disparate data sources into a single operational or OLAP environment.
  • Working knowledge of relational database design and data manipulation concepts, including data hygiene and match/merge techniques supporting identity resolution and householding.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience with ETL/ELT and 3rd-party data integration technologies such as Azure Data Factory, Fivetran, Matillion, Alteryx, or Informatica.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Experience with Snowflake or other cloud data warehouse platforms (preferred).
  • Familiarity with AI/ML-powered data tools or generative AI applications in a marketing or data context (preferred).
  • Java and familiarity with web services technologies such as SOAP and JSON (preferred).
  • Cloud-based hosting experience with Microsoft Azure or AWS (preferred).
  • Marketing Campaign Management or Customer Engagement/CRM experience, especially in retail (preferred).
  • Tableau or other BI tool experience (preferred).
  • Must be able to work for any US employer; sponsorship is not available.
