Description

  • Support technical sales conversations with prospects, customers, and partners, including discovery and product fit discussions.
  • Run demos and build proof-of-concepts such as small apps, notebooks, and examples.
  • Help customers move from first API call to working integration and remove implementation blockers.
  • Create and maintain technical guides, demo scripts, sample code, integration notes, FAQs, and comparison materials.
  • Collect and communicate customer feedback to Product and Engineering on features, docs, implementation issues, pricing, and competitive gaps.
  • Improve the developer experience across documentation, onboarding, examples, and setup flow.
  • Support integrations with AI developer tools and frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Vercel AI SDK.
  • Provide technical assets and explanations for product launches in partnership with Product Marketing.

Requirements

  • Experience in technical sales, solutions engineering, or working with prospects, customers, partners, or technical buyers.
  • Ability to read and write basic Python or JavaScript.
  • Experience testing APIs with cURL or Postman and building simple examples independently.
  • Understanding of RAG, LLMs, agents, context windows, search APIs, and lexical vs. semantic search.
  • Ability to explain technical ideas clearly in plain language and write docs, notes, and technical explainers.
  • Ability to translate customer feedback into actionable input for Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Experience in sales engineering, developer platforms, API products, search infrastructure, AI tools, or data products is a plus.
  • Experience at or with developer-focused companies such as Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, HashiCorp, or LangChain is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the AI builder ecosystem is a plus.
  • Experience helping customers move from evaluation to production is a plus.
