Description

  • Run discovery with technical and business stakeholders to identify objectives, constraints, and success criteria.
  • Build and deliver tailored demos, sandbox environments, and POCs with clear success criteria and exit gates.
  • Lead technical deal strategy for complex regional accounts and help win technical decisions.
  • Recommend reference architectures for regulated and commercial environments, addressing security, compliance, performance, and scalability concerns.
  • Resolve technical objections and partner with Services on SOW inputs.
  • Articulate competitive differentiators and provide reusable assets and technical selling support to AEs, partners, and the SE team.
  • Mentor team members on discovery, demo craft, and competitive positioning.
  • Share field insights with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Services, CS, Sales, and partners to improve readiness and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Drive internal technical standards that can scale across the business.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in presales Solutions Engineering for SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Experience navigating complex buying environments, including procurement cycles, compliance requirements, and multi-stakeholder dynamics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • English language proficiency; additional language skills are valued for allied-nation and coalition engagements.
  • Experience with complex sales cycles and regulated procurement vehicles (RFP/RFQ) in SLED and Healthcare environments, including channel-led vertical delivery.
  • Exceptional written and presentation skills across government, clinical, and business audiences.
  • Understanding of enterprise software architecture patterns, including the C4 Model.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and tools such as Docker, Azure, and AWS.
  • Knowledge of networking and identity concepts, including DNS, proxies, firewalls, VPCs, LDAP, Azure Entra, Okta, and SAML.
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks, plus print, workflow, and output automation across cloud and on-premises environments.
