Description

  • Drive new Provider sales and manage a book of business for Redox’s top priority Provider accounts.
  • Research, develop, and qualify opportunities within targeted prospective Provider organizations.
  • Execute renewal and expansion opportunities throughout the contract term and on the customer’s renewal cycle.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and sell into additional product lines, divisions, or companies.
  • Build relationships with current customers and align on their growth plans.
  • Identify key executives, research prospects, and lead effective initial outreach.
  • Develop rapport with executive stakeholders to strengthen business partnerships and collaboration.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including upsell negotiation and closing.
  • Schedule and deliver sales presentations tailored to customer needs.
  • Track, manage, and report on sales activities and results using CRM tools.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales and account management experience, preferably with healthcare providers.
  • Proven success selling into and expanding enterprise Provider accounts.
  • Consistent track record of achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual quota.
  • Ability to engage and negotiate at an executive level with strong executive presence.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Willingness to learn a technical product and use a value-based selling approach.
  • Adaptable, solution-oriented, and biased toward action in solving complex problems.
  • Collaborative, inclusive, and effective at incorporating input from others.
  • Available to travel up to 20% for client events and in-person meetings.
  • Experience selling intangible software services is preferred.
  • Strong Salesforce or other CRM experience is required.
  • Experience with Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Slack is preferred.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and reside in the continental U.S.
