Description

  • Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards for pipeline reviews, forecast calls, QBRs, and leadership reporting.
  • Pull, prep, and deliver data for weekly and monthly operating cadences accurately and on time.
  • Own pipeline hygiene by identifying stale opportunities, missing fields, and recurring data quality issues, then driving follow-up with reps and managers.
  • Track funnel metrics, rep attainment, and other revenue trends, risks, and anomalies.
  • Analyze data and surface insights and recommendations to GTM and Finance stakeholders.
  • Support Salesforce configuration changes, including user setup, permissioning, profiles, roles, page layouts, fields, validation rules, and automation flows.
  • Support the quote-to-cash process in Salesforce CPQ, including quote creation, product catalog updates, pricing rules, and approval workflow troubleshooting.
  • Maintain lead routing, assignment rules, and MQL-to-SQL handoff processes.
  • Manage integrations and day-to-day operations of GTM tools such as HubSpot, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Handle user onboarding/offboarding, access requests, system documentation, training materials, and first-line troubleshooting across revenue systems.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Salesforce Administration in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Strong Salesforce reporting skills, including building complex reports, dashboards, and filtered views independently.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ.
  • Experience supporting a sales team’s operating rhythm, including pipeline reviews, forecasting, and data hygiene.
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to pull data, spot issues, and clearly communicate findings.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong bias toward accuracy and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage competing requests and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to work effectively with sales reps, managers, and cross-functional partners.
  • Preferred: experience in a startup or high-growth environment, ideally in healthcare technology; familiarity with Zapier, Ringlead, Google Sheets or Excel, and commission or comp plan data validation.

  • Base salary range of $75,000 to $95,000 per year.
