Description

  • Design, develop, and train advanced machine learning models for large-scale online advertising ranking and optimization.
  • Lead the development and optimization of complex feature representations, including embeddings and contextual, temporal, and cross-session user behavior signals.
  • Own end-to-end model lifecycle execution, including architecture design, experimentation, deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure improvements.
  • Collaborate with product, data, and infrastructure engineering teams to turn business goals into scalable modeling solutions.
  • Conduct advanced experiment design and causal analysis to measure model impact and guide decision-making.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to machine learning engineers.
  • Contribute to organization-wide modeling standards, best practices, and technical strategy.
  • Shape the long-term modeling vision across conversion optimization, application advertising, shopping, and brand advertising.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
  • Experience with Python, Java, and Scala.
  • Experience with C++, Go, or Rust.
  • Experience with major machine learning frameworks and libraries.
  • Experience with applied statistics, hypothesis testing, and experiment design for online machine learning systems.
  • Experience with large-scale data processing and analytics frameworks.
  • Experience deploying and operating production systems in containerized and distributed environments.
  • Experience designing and training deep neural networks, transformer-based architectures, and reinforcement learning models.
  • Experience with marketplace dynamics such as real-time bidding (RTB) or pacing control systems, and with online advertising systems such as ad ranking, targeting, and marketplace optimization.
  • Experience providing technical leadership, mentorship, or guidance to other machine learning engineers.
  • Any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience is acceptable.
