Description

  • Develop probabilistic models and methodologies for identity resolution across on-platform and off-platform actions.
  • Own the statistical rigor behind Brand and Conversion Lift products.
  • Innovate experimental design and build infrastructure for large-scale, low-bias advertiser testing.
  • Define and evaluate new signal sources to improve predictive models, bidding efficiency, and ROAS.
  • Quantify the value of signals and partner with modeling teams to incorporate them into production models.
  • Design objective functions, truth sets, and evaluation frameworks for identity and measurement systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and sales to align on strategy and drive execution.
  • Mentor others and raise the technical bar across modeling, experimentation, and measurement.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or Operations Research.
  • 10+ years of industry experience in applied science or data science roles for M.S. holders.
  • 6+ years of industry experience in applied science or data science roles for Ph.D. holders.
  • Deep understanding of the ads ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated expertise in measurement and experimentation at scale, identity graph creation and resolution, or predictive modeling with signal loss.
  • Advanced proficiency in Python or R and SQL.
  • Experience with machine learning or optimization techniques.
  • Strong understanding of experimental design, causal inference, or A/B testing methodologies.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills with experience influencing product and engineering partners.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous, cross-functional environments.

  • Base salary range: $217,000 to $303,900 USD.
  • Eligible for equity in the form of restricted stock units.
  • May also be eligible for commission depending on the position offered.
