Description

  • Develop, deploy, and maintain predictive and machine learning models.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify challenges and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Support customer retention, customer routing, and customer experience optimization initiatives.
  • Improve forecasting capabilities for contact center operations.
  • Identify, assess, and leverage relevant data sources for analysis and modeling.
  • Communicate findings, recommendations, and insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Drive measurable business impact through advanced analytics solutions.
  • Build strong partnerships across the organization to support decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong experience with SQL and analysis of large, complex datasets.
  • Strong proficiency in Python for data science and model development.
  • Experience developing and implementing predictive models and machine learning solutions.
  • Knowledge of supervised learning techniques and classification models.
  • Experience with forecasting methodologies and predictive analytics.
  • Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and experience managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience with Databricks (preferred).
  • Knowledge of MLOps practices and model lifecycle management (preferred).
  • Experience in contact center analytics, workforce management, customer retention, or customer experience (preferred).
  • Machine Learning (supervised and unsupervised) - intermediate level.
  • Communication skills - advanced level.
  • Problem solving - advanced level.
  • Descriptive statistics - intermediate level.
  • Hypothesis testing - intermediate level.
  • Python - intermediate level.
  • SQL - advanced level.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Suite and GitHub.
