Description

  • Build long-term relationships with clients and provide technical consultation on how Recycleye products fit within their processes.
  • Support development of the Italian market through market research, stakeholder engagement, and tailored marketing strategies.
  • Manage key accounts and projects across the region, including active prospecting and client meetings.
  • Develop a strong understanding of recycling processes from both technical and commercial perspectives.
  • Identify and prioritize new prospects through partner networks, industry research, and cold outreach.
  • Visit waste facilities for commercial and technical pre-assessments and prepare proposals aligned with Recycleye guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to validate and develop winning deployments.
  • Review technical site and process drawings to support sales and solution design.
  • Communicate Recycleye’s value proposition through proposals and presentations and help clients calculate ROI for budget approval.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and sales performance tracking while driving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English.
  • 3-7 years of sales experience, preferably in the industrial manufacturing industry.
  • Experience with long sales cycles in a B2B enterprise environment.
  • Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships through technical understanding and active listening.
  • Highly motivated, structured, and results-driven approach.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
  • B. Eng. degree or equivalent experience.
  • STEM or engineering background or understanding is a bonus.
  • Ability to communicate proficiently in a second European language is a bonus.
  • Valid driving license is a bonus.
  • Master’s in Engineering or equivalent experience is a bonus.
